Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on the 9th of February 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. Her mother lived in streets until she reached three years old, when she was adopted. Her adoptive family is made up of one Filipino adoptive mother and an white American soldier. Her mother claims that she and her brother who was adopted when an infant, suffered abuse until they were drafted. Her family travelled to San Francisco for a few months, where they lived with their aunt, before relocating to Texas in the year thirteen due to her father's requirement to undergo bypass surgery. While the physical violence has subsided, she claims to have endured psychological assault from her father at home. When she was aged 18, she enlisted in the United States Navy. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April of 2020. In just 8 months, she'd amassed more than 40 million users. The account was home to a variety of videos. But her most enduring moment was her music video for Millie B's viral track Soph Aspin Send. She lip-synced and jumped rhythmically to the music in a video that was zoomed out. She started her YouTube as well as Twitter accounts within the month after the joining of TikTok to benefit from her growing fame. Poarch attained her height of fame in the month of December. Her burgeoning fame has reportedly brought two of the top professionals Esports Teams. FaZe Clan (100 Thieves) and 100 Thieves wanted to hire her to develop the content they wanted for their brand names.
